No. Our hotel intentionally does not have its own dining facilities — no restaurant, no bar, no breakfast. However, right on the market square and in the surrounding old town you will find numerous restaurants, cafés and a bakery, all within easy walking distance.
If our hotel is ever fully booked, we will gladly recommend two partner establishments in and around Günzburg that we personally appreciate.

for the hotel accommodation contract
1. These terms and conditions apply to contracts for the rental provision of hotel rooms for accommodation, as well as all other services and supplies provided to the guest by the hotel.
2. Subletting or further renting of the rooms provided, as well as their use for purposes other than accommodation, require the prior written consent of the hotel, whereby § 540 paragraph 1 sentence 2 BGB is excluded insofar as the customer is not a consumer.
3. The customer's terms and conditions shall apply only if this has been expressly agreed in writing.
1. The contract is concluded by the hotel's acceptance of the customer's offer. The hotel is free to confirm the room booking in writing.
2. The contracting parties are the hotel and the customer. If a third party has booked on behalf of the customer, they shall be jointly and severally liable with the customer to the hotel for all obligations arising from the hotel accommodation contract.
3. All claims against the hotel generally prescribe after one year from the beginning of the knowledge-dependent regular limitation period of § 199 para. 1 BGB. Claims for damages prescribe independently of knowledge after five years.
1. The hotel is obliged to hold the rooms booked by the customer ready and to provide the agreed services.
2. The customer is obliged to pay the hotel's prices that apply to or have been agreed for the provision of rooms and any further services used by the customer.
3. The agreed prices include the applicable statutory value added tax. If the period between conclusion of the contract and the performance of the contract exceeds the months and the price that the hotel generally charges for such services increases, the hotel may increase the contractually agreed price appropriately, but by no more than 5 %.
5. Invoices from the hotel without a due date are payable within 10 days of receipt of the invoice without deduction.
1. A customer's cancellation of the contract concluded with the hotel requires the hotel's written consent. If this is not given, the contractually agreed price is still to be paid even if the customer does not make use of contractual services.
4. The hotel is free to claim the contractually agreed remuneration and to flat-rate the deduction for expenses saved. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay at least 90 % of the contractually agreed price for overnight stays with or without breakfast, 70 % for half-board and 60 % for full-board arrangements.
If the customer has been granted a free right of withdrawal, the hotel is in turn entitled to withdraw from the contract during this period if enquiries from other customers exist and the customer does not waive his right to withdraw upon the hotel's request.
Furthermore, the hotel is entitled to withdraw extraordinarily from the contract for an objectively justified reason — for example in cases of force majeure, misleading information or justified grounds to assume a threat to the business operation.
1. The customer does not acquire any claim to the provision of specific rooms.
2. Booked rooms are available to the customer from 14:00 on the agreed day of arrival.
3. On the agreed day of departure, the rooms must be vacated and made available to the hotel by 11:00 at the latest. Afterwards the hotel may charge 50 % of the full accommodation price for the extended use until 18:00, and 100 % from 18:00.
1. The hotel is liable with the care of a prudent businessman for its obligations under the contract.
2. For items brought in, the hotel is liable to the customer in accordance with the statutory provisions, i.e. up to one hundred times the room price, at most 3.500,00 Euro, and for money and valuables up to 800,00 Euro.
3. To the extent that a parking space in the hotel garage or on a hotel car park is made available to the customer, this does not establish a custody contract.
1. Amendments or additions to the contract should be made in writing.
2. Place of performance and payment is the registered office of the hotel.
4. The exclusive place of jurisdiction in commercial transactions is the seat of the hotel.
5. German law applies. The application of the UN Sales Convention and of conflicts of law is excluded.
6. Should individual provisions be invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
